Nearly 600,000 Oklahomans can choose Medicaid health and dental plans starting May 1
Summary
Oklahoma's SoonerSelect managed care Medicaid program began open enrollment on May 1, 2026, allowing nearly 600,000 enrollees to select or change their health and dental plans through June 12, 2026. SoonerSelect plans include Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma, Humana Healthy Horizons in Oklahoma, and Oklahoma Complete Health for medical coverage, and DentaQuest and Liberty Dental Plan for dental. Providers cannot change a member's plan on their behalf.
